KINDRED KITTIES FOSTER CARE

The Foster Caretaker
acknowledges receipt of cats/kittens from Kindred Kitties Ltd., and in
accepting these cats, is entrusted with the care, custody and possession =
as
outlined below. Foster
Caretaker shall provide the cats with good care, including, but not limit=
ed
to food, water, shelter, grooming, training and medication, as required.<=
span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> Kindred Kitties will provide Fos=
ter
Caretaker with necessary equipment and supplies, as required. Kindred
Kitties reserves the right to inspect the premises in which the cats will=
be
maintained, for the purpose of determining the suitability of those premi=
ses
for the care and maintenance of the animal(s). The
cats shall remain the sole property of Kindred Kitties, and shall be retu=
rned
to Kindred Kitties upon request. The
Foster Caretaker agrees to provide the status of all cats in foster care =
on a
weekly basis and maintain records of all cats on the Foster Care Ledger
provided. When the cats are=
ready
for adoption, the Foster Caretaker will arrange to bring the cats to the
place designated by Kindred Kitties Staff. The
Foster Caretaker agrees to closely observe the cats for signs of illness,=
and
if a change in a cat’s status is noted, will contact Kindred Kitties
immediately to request instructions on steps that need to be taken. (Emergency numbers are noted
below.) At the direction of
Kindred Kitties Staff, the Foster Caretaker shall only seek veterinarian =
care
for the cats at a veterinarian pre-approved and paid for by Kindred
Kitties. In the unfortunate=
event
that a cat becomes very ill and requires extensive medical treatment, the=
cat
will be returned to Kindred Kitties. The
Foster Caretaker agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Kindred Kitties Ltd.
harmless from any direct or remote and consequential damages arising out =
of
this foster care arrangement. |
